We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If there are reasonable defects in our products, we will replace the items at no cost.
Since variations of size, color and patterns are attributes in fabric, hand-made or natural substrates, these are not considered defects. Also, be aware that colors vary on different monitors and may show different than actual product colors. Even though we have excellent quality control, some of these issues cannot be avoided and no replacement will be provided for these occurrences.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase made in HawnSmith Designs Store, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product specifying your reason for a return or exchange. All returns are required to be pre-approved. Product must be returned within 5 days of approval date to qualify for a refund or exchange. Items must be in unused condition, not worn or washed, but in the same condition as they were received - and are subject to inspection upon return. HawnSmith Designs will not refund or exchange items that have not been returned within 5 days or that have been worn, washed, or used.
Please provide all changes in writing via email changes@hawnsmith.com. After artwork is approved we start production immediately, Therefore, cancellations are not allowed due to the speed with which work begins. ALL WORK IS DONE ONSITE! Once placed, an order is final. Any changes may be subject to additional charges. Cancellation may be subject to certain restocking charges.
