RASTER FORMAT: PDF (At Final Imprint Size), TIFF, JPEG, GIF
All of the above file formats are acceptable for garment printing. Please set the color mode to RGB.
Depending on the quality of the raster image it may be subject to additional "clean-up" charges.
For a higher quality image please submit raster artwork at a minimum of 300 dpi resolution.
Slightly lower resolution images can be used, but they must be evaluated on a case by case basis. Please note, most images taken from internet are not useable.

Most Simple Design/Layouts Can Be Done For You At No Additional Charge. We offer one hour of FREE design service ($60.00 value)! If you're having trouble with your design or simply "starting from scratch", let us lend our expertise in helping you to complete that one of a kind project.
CHARGES FOR VARIOUS TASKS
* Design, re-size or clean-up graphic ~ $60.00 per hour
* Proofs ~ two at no charge. Subsequent proofs charged at $10.00 each.
* Scan image and/or add text ~ $3.00 minimum.
* Scan of clip art selected from Hawn-Smith, Inc. library ~ $3.00 minimum.
Reproduction of color photos (scenery, people, etc) onto garment wear is charged at scan/text price plus print charges. The better the photos, the better the image. What you see is generally what will reproduce.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Please provide all changes in writing via email . After artwork is approved we start production immediately, Therefore, CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED due to the speed with which work begins. Yes, it's that fast!ALL WORK IS DONE ONSITE! Once placed, an order is final. Any changes may be subject to additional charges. Cancellation may be subject to certain restocking charges.
