We start production on orders immediately. You can expect to receive your order no later than TEN BUSINESS DAYS from the day we receive your order. Production / shipping may be slowed during peak periods - if this should happen you will be notified immediately. Also, we are not responsible for service transit time. Most small orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and you can expect delivery time to be 2-3 business days. Most larger orders are shipped via UPS Ground and you can expect delivery time to be 1-6 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods. Local pick-up is available - select this option during checkout; we will notify you when your order is ready for pick-up.
